Grundhoefer & Ludescher, P.A.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • What areas of the law do you specialize in?

We are a general practice law firm that specializes in helping people solve their legal problems, whatever they may be.  We have experience in Family Law, Elder Law (including estate planning and probate matters), Employment and Litigation, Business Law, Criminal Law, Financial and Consumer Law, and Real Estate Law.  If you have a case that we do not specialize in, we are happy to help you find another attorney who specializes in that area of law—be it bankruptcy, worker’s compensation, or another matter.

  • How late are you open?

We are open weekdays from 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., however, evening and weekend appointments are available upon request.

  • How much do you charge?

Each case is unique. Your attorney will work with you to determine the best option, whether it’s a flat fee or a fee based on an hourly rate.

  • Do you do payment plans?

Yes!  We will work with you, on a case-by-case basis, to come up with a payment plan that works for you.

  • Do you give free consultations?

David Ludescher offers a free 30-minute consultation to discuss estate planning and elder law—just mention this offer beforehand. He has an Elder Law & Chronic Care Certificate from Mitchell Hamline School of Law.
